We provide a $5 flat rate shipping option within the US.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the US.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, which includes preparing your order for shipment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

Delivery times can range from 1 to 14 business days. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is crucial to verify that the shipping address is accurate. Remade By Brenda cannot be held accountable for any items lost due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping to the correct address.

Remade By Brenda is not responsible for any products that are damaged, lost, or delayed in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
